TexToc is a communication platform that enables users to send SMS messages, manage contacts, run campaigns, and import data from Google Sheets. The Service relies on third-party providers including Twilio and Google APIs.

• You are responsible for all content and messages sent through your account.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, harassing, or illegal messages.
• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending SMS to any recipient.

4. Google API Usage

When you connect your Google account, you authorize us to access Google Sheets data solely for the purpose of importing contact information. This access is governed by Google's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TexToc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
